Order Tracking
Trackable Channel A Orders

- Email notifications at key milestones (dispatch, customs clearance, out for delivery)
Channel B (Agent Handoff) Orders
- We confirm delivery to your agent via email
- Once your agent takes possession, tracking becomes their responsibility
- We recommend using a freight agent that provides end-to-end tracking
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Angel Shoes is not responsible for:
- Customs delays in your country
- Import duties or taxes levied by your government
- Inspection holds at the destination port
- Costs associated with re-routing or returning seized shipments
We provide standard commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin to facilitate customs clearance. For specific documentation requests (e.g., specific HS codes, additional certifications), please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- Countries under international sanctions
- P.O. boxes (Channel A only — physical street address required)
- Freight forwarders that do not provide end-to-end tracking for Channel A
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Trackable Shipments (Channel A)
- Insurance available on request (additional fee)
- Claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt
- We will assist in filing carrier claims and provide documentation
Agent Handoff Shipments (Channel B)
- Risk transfers to buyer upon agent pickup
- We are not liable for loss, damage, or delay after handoff
- We strongly recommend purchasing freight insurance through your agent
