Angel Shoes supplies premium women’s slippers and sandals to wholesalers, distributors, and importers worldwide. Every pair is produced under our own quality control and shipped directly from our factory — no middlemen, no markups.

Section 1: Who We Are

Angel Shoes is a specialized manufacturer and wholesaler of women’s slippers, headquartered in China with global shipping capabilities. Our product line covers:

  • Outsole material: TPR (thermoplastic rubber)
  • Upper material: PVC / PU
  • Midsole material: PU
  • Product features: Fashion-forward design, anti-odor, lightweight, breathable, anti-slip, anti-static, wear-resistant

We focus on bulk supply for retailers, supermarkets, and online sellers across Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Section 2: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Every style is packed one full carton per order. Each carton contains 36 or 48 pairs (varies by style), with mixed colors and mixed sizes (36–41 or 37–42 depending on the model).

You may order multiple styles in one shipment, but each style must fill at least one full carton.

Section 4: Payment Methods

We support two payment channels based on your country’s logistics accessibility.

🌐 Channel A — Online Payment (Trackable Countries)

For countries with reliable door-to-door tracking (US, UK, EU, AU, CA, etc.):

  • Payment gateway: WorldFirst (third-party)
  • Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal
  • Processing fee: 2.9% (charged by payment processor, borne by buyer)
  • Order confirmation: Immediate upon payment
  • Dispatch: Within 3–5 business days after payment

🏭 Channel B — China Freight Agent (Limited Tracking)

For countries with limited tracking infrastructure (most African nations, etc.):

  • Delivery method: Ship to your designated freight agent in China
  • Payment: 100% upfront via bank transfer (T/T) before dispatch
  • No installment, no deposit-only orders — full payment is required
  • Buyer’s responsibility: Arrange freight forwarding and import clearance

Payment fee is clearly shown at checkout. You will see the total amount (including processing fee) before confirming your order.

All shipments are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Angel Shoes is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or freight carrier disruptions.

  4. Pay — complete payment online (Channel A) or by bank transfer (Channel B)
  5. Production & packing — 1–3 business days
  6. Dispatch — within 3–5 business days of payment
  7. Track — monitor your order status in your account dashboard

    • All products are inspected before packing
    • 100% brand new, unused merchandise
    • For shoes with obvious manufacturing defects, we issue a cash refund based on the quantity of defective pairs received. Photo proof required within 7 days of receipt.
    • Refund amount = quantity of defective pairs × wholesale unit price (paid)
    • No refunds for buyer-remorse, incorrect orders, or late reports (after 7 days)
    • Shipping cost for verified defective returns is borne by Angel Shoes
